Utahns will be able to improve dental health and well-being through access to basic needed dental
services in state-owned, responsibly managed, fiscally sound and professionally operated dental clinics.

Description:
FDP has been in existence since March 1995. The Plan was created as a means to provide dental services for low-income Utahns. Presently, seven fixed clinics throughout Utah provide an extensive range of services to recipients of Medicaid [Traditional], Children's Health Insurance Plan [CHIP], and Primary Care Network [PCN] patients who qualify for those benefits.
