Description:
LifePath Hospice & Family Care is all about renewing hope. Hope that following a diagnosis of a life threatening illness, both the patient and family can live each day to the fullest. Although many hospice patients have cancer we accept anyone regardless of age or type of illness, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's congestive heart failure and other unspecified diagnoses. Expert medical care and sophisticated symptom relief is the cornerstone of our business. In addition to the medical components,we also offer emotional, spiritual and practical support based on the patient's wishes and the family needs.
Trained volunteers provide respite care for family members as well as meaningful support to the patient.
