Description:
The Arthritis Foundation offers patient service and public education programs for people with arthritis and their families. These services include self management courses, land and aquatic exercise courses, seminars and workshops, up-to-date literature and a website offering full services and information.
History:
The organization was founded nationally in 1948. A Utah Chapter was formed in 1956. The Chapter territory was changed in 1997 to include the state of Idaho as well as Utah.
