Child Care Resource and Referral Mountainland promotes quality child care by: Providing parents with free customized child care referrals in English and Spanish; educating parents and community partners about quality child care; offering Technical Assistance to licensed centers and family home child care; teaching early childhood career ladder classes to child care providers; collaborating with community partners to improve child care.
