| Last updated on June 24, 2008 |
The Foster Care Citizen Review Board provides periodic case reviews for children who are in the custody of the state. These reviews are independent, confidential and provide recommendations for permanency.
Description:
Citizens impact policy and practice by reviewing case file documents, meeting with interested parties to discuss progress toward permanency for the child, and by establishing an environment where children, parents and caseworkers are willing and able to provide their perspective and input in the decisions that affect their lives.
