It is our mission to develop within our clients the skills and insights necessary to recover from addictive behaviors, and to develop within the community, the strengths to prevent addictions. We can provide different substance abuse programs, such as: Adult General Outpatient, Adult Intensive Outpatient, Adolescent General Outpatient, Adolescent Intensive Outpatient, Women and Children's Programs, Sexual Addiction Program.

History:
The Gathering Place is Utah County's most experienced substance abuse treatment agency. The Agency was originally formed by a grass roots organization (Utah County Council on Drug Abuse Rehabilitation) made up of concerned citizens who recognized the need for substance abuse treatment as early as the 1960's. The Gathering Place was incorporated in 1972, and is the most experienced substance abuse agency in the valley. The agency offers not only a greater level of therapeutic expertise, but also has over 30 years of financial and management experience.
