The Utah State Developmental Center is a statewide Resource Center for People with Disabilities, which promotes opportunity through choice and outcome based support. The Utah State Developmental Center (USDC) is a state-operated Intermediate Care Facility/Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR) that provides a 24-hour residential and active treatment environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Approximately 260 individuals reside at the facility.
