Come be part of Utah County's Sub for Santa program and make a difference this Christmas. Also, learn about 2-1-1 calls and the mission and resources United Way has to offer. Sub for Santa (beginning around October) will require approximately 10-15 hours a week. Communicate between director, workshop instructors, and the workshop location scheduling department. Train volunteers. Make copies of workshop supplies and transport them to and from each workshop. Return applications to office for data entry staff. (These are general duties and may change based on the discretion and needs seen by the director.)

Must be comfortable leading, making quick decisions, and strong in handling delicate matters and taking appropriate action. Must be available to work one weeknight a week from 5-10 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning in November. Must be a willing and fast learner who is conscientious of details and determined to get things done in a precise and timely manner. Prefer bilingual Spanish/English but all applicants will be considered.
