Companionship for Terminally Ill/special projects

Provide companionship, read, or do light housework for the terminally ill. The patients also enjoy receiving or making gifts with volunteers. Craft items such as blankets are always appreciated and a great family volunteer project!

Volunteers must be 16 years or older or accompanied by an adult.

This opportunity is sponsored by: Vistacare Hospice

Volunteers will work with the following groups

Disabled / Ill
We need volunteers who are free at these times
Anytime Weekly
This volunteer opportunity is available to the following types of volunteers
Adults (26-54) Individual
Families Young Adults (18-25)
This volunteer opportunity addresses the following social interests
Death and Dying
We are looking for volunteers with the following skills
Caregiver Legal Services
Companionship Reading
Counseling / Information Support
