Onsite Victim Support Volunteer
![]() The Children's Justice Center relies on victim support volunteers to provide support to children who come to the Children's Justice Center for an interview or medical exam, while their parents are meeting with our staff. While at the CJC, volunteers keep children company by doing activities like playing games or reading, and tending to the basic needs of the child while they are here. Having a volunteer in house to assist children is comforting to the parents - to know that there is someone with their child(ren) while they are getting the help and resources that they need. All Onsite Victim Support volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, complete an orientation, be able to commit to volunteer for 2 hours per week for four (4) months and be willing to submit to a background check. Please call to arrange an orientation if you are interested in this position. This opportunity is sponsored by: Utah County Children's Justice Center (CJC) Volunteers will work with the following groups
