Hospice volunteers are an important part of the overall hospice experience. Volunteers are necessary in providing much needed respite for caregivers. Duties of volunteers include offering companionship, friendship, and emotional support by performing any variety of simple tasks such as reading, writing letters, playing games, playing music, and/or performing household chores. No prior experience necessary and no minimum hours required. Looks great on a resume and/or an application for graduate school!

Volunteers must be over 18. Volunteers will also be required to complete a volunteer orientation and training program.
