Youth ages 12 to 20 who have runaway and are looking for a way to return home to their parents may qualify for free bus tickets on Greyhound through National Runaway Switchboard's Home Free program. |

| Eligibility Requirements: |
|
Youth must be between the ages of 12 and 20. NRS must verify a missing person's report has been filed in the youth's hometown if they are under 18.
Youth up to age 18 must be returning to a parent or legal guardian. If youth are 19 or 20 and not returning to their parent’s home, NRS can make arrangements for a ticket to an independent living facility in, or near, their hometown. |

Youth should first call 1-800-RUNAWAY. Then an operator will place a conference call with the youth and their legal guardian to determine a plan of action. |
