The purpose of the Utah County Special Needs Conferences is to provide an opportunity for families of children with special needs to receive information, support, services, and resources that can improve their lives in the home, school and community. Before 2003, this conference was known as the State Family Council Mini-Conference. <br><br> The conference is for parents, educators and professionals. <br><br> If you are interested in receiving registration materials when they are available, please email Eileen Chamberland at echamberland@kotm.org. <br><br> Co-Sponsors have included Family Voices, Family to Family Network, Nebo School District, Alpine School District, Provo School District, Kids On the Move, Kids Who Count, Sibshops of Utah County, Friday's Kids Respite Care, IHC, Up with Downs, BYU Department of Counseling, Psychology and Special Education.
