| Intake Procedure: |
|
Must set up an appointment with a therapist. The first appointment will take 1.5 hours, which includes a drug test. |

Self pay is on a sliding scale. Most insurance is accepted, however, Medicaid is not. Also, one specific policy within Select-Med Health is not accepted, call for more information. |
