Physical Health and Marriage Study |

The relationship between physical health and marriage will be the focus of a study in which couples can receive up to $200 for participation. Couples would complete the following activities twice (once before counseling and 12 weeks later): 1) fill out questionnaires about health and marriage (this would take about one hour); 2) wear a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours, and 3) provide a blood sample. |

| Intake Procedure: |
|
Please call 422-7759 to schedule a phone intake interview. The intake worker will call the potential client at the appointed hour and will do a 20 - 30 minute interview to be sure that the Clinic has the necessary services. If so, the client will be assigned a service provider who will call the client to schedule the first appointment. |
| Insurance Information: |
|
The Clinic does not bill insurance companies or ecclesiastical authorities. All clients pay by check or cash the negotiated fee at the time of service. All efforts are made to make sure that finances are not an obstacle to treatment. |
