Health Coverage for Utah adults who qualify. Applications are only accepted during enrollment sessions. PCN is required to enroll more parents than people without children, thus PCN may schedule separate enrollment times for parents and those without children.
Services:
- Provides health insurance to Utah adults who qualify. PCN eligibility determined by the Department of Workforce Services (see separate listings).
- PCN covers the following services: Physician visits (pregnancy related services not covered), hospital emergency room visits, emergency medical transportation, laboratory services, x-rays, pharmacy (4 prescriptions per month), medical equipment and supplies, dental services (examinations, X-rays, cleanings and fillings), vision screening (1 eye exam per year, prescription eyeglasses and contacts not included), general preventative services and family planning, and health education. - While covered by PCN, you may need to stay in a hospital for see a specialist such as an orthopedist, ear nose and throat doctor, or a psychiatrist. These services are not covered by PCN. A PCN case manager may be able to help you get these services.

Ages 19-64, U.S. citizen or legal resident, fit within the PCN income guidelines (150% of federal poverty income guideline), and do not have access to student health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Veterans benefits or health insurance. |
