Intake Procedure: Go to jobs.utah.gov and click the myCase link located in the Assistance section of the page. there will be 2 options to create a login: myCase Sign On: This option only allows customers access to the myCase account to view real time information about their Food Stamp, Financial, Child Care, and Medical benefits. DWS Single Sign On: This option allows customers to navigate through ALL DWS options with one log in! This includes access to myCase, unemployment benefit status, and job search.
