Description : Our Mission at Courage Reins is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. Through therapeutic horseback riding and other equine based activities, we provide a safe, fun, and challenging setting for physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Hours of Operation: Hours vary, please call in advance. Fall, Winter, Spring: Tues. - Thurs. 2-7:30 pm; Fri. 10 am-4 pm; Sat. 9 am-4 pm. Summer: Tues.-Sat. 9 am-5 pm.
Eligibility Requirements: Unrestricted but is focused on individuals with disabilities.
Intake Procedure: Any service for a disabled individual will include a 30 minutes intake assessment with the appropriate provider. The "Rider Application" is due at that point which does include medical information and a permission to participate signature by a physician. The intake is free.
