Community Health Connect's mission is to increase health care access to residents of Utah County. While the project increases access to healthcare for the entire community, it focuses on the substantial needs of three distinct populations:
- Under-insured and uninsured families
- Individuals with affective disorders
- Minority populations
through a network of volunteer doctors and dentist who provide services at a reduced cost or free.
