Day training program for individuals with disabilities. Employment placement, supervised community employment, personal and vocational assessment, interpersonal and job-related training, and instruction in how to find and keep a job. |

| Eligibility Requirements: |

Individuals who are unable to function independently in the community due to mental or emotional disability. Must have a sponsor such as Division of Services for People with Disabilities or must be able to do private pay. |
