Early intervention program for children under age 3 with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Services are offered primarily in the home.
There are also structured parent-child playgroups available if appropriate for family. |

| Eligibility Requirements: |
|
Services for children with developmental delays such as: Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Spina Bifida, communication delays (talking and understanding), behavior problems, feeding issues, sleep difficulties, delays in motor skills (crawling, walking, grasping objects, play skills). |
| Intake Procedure: |
|
Parent is contacted based on referral information. Initial intake visit is done in the home or elsewhere based on parent preference. Written permission by the parent is required before eligibility determination can be completed. |
| Insurance Information: |
|
Medicaid and CHIP are billed. Services are not based on insurance ownership. |
