Elders (65+) and vulnerable adults (18 and older with a mental or physical impairment) who are in a situation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. |
| Intake Procedure: |

Emergency referrals are responded to within 24 hours. If an emergency does not exist, an investigation will be started within 3 working days. |
