Hours of Operation: 8 am - 5 pm, M-F
Eligibility Requirements: Elders (65+) and vulnerable adults (18 and older with a mental or physical impairment) who are being or have been abused, neglected, or exploited
Intake Procedure: Emergency referrals are responded to within 24 hours. If an emergency does not exist, an investigation will begin within 3 working days
