Program name: Mental Health Transitional Housing
Description : A program which temporarily provides meals, a stable home environment, and teaches communication skills to mentally ill people in transition from an institution to a home setting.
Hours of Operation: House Parents are available from 3 pm - 9 am
Eligibility Requirements: Mentally ill ages 18 and up. Must register through Wasatch Mental Health for screening (373-7443) or contact house parents.

Fees: Sliding scale, dependent on income
