Eligibility Requirements: Participants must live in Utah County with an income below 185% of the poverty level; participants must be an infant, a child under the age of 5 years, or a woman who is pregnant, breastfeeding up to 1 year post-partum, or post-partum and not breastfeeding up to 6 months.
Intake Procedure: Need documentation of income for the past 30 days, identification, and residency.
