Please, bring the following documentation with you to the food pantry:
1. Picture ID for everyone 18 years of age and older
2. One of the following for everyone in the household:
* Social Security Card
* Medicare or Medicaid Card
* Birth Certificate
* Blessing Certificate
* Visa
* Passport
* INS Issued Document
3. Bring Proof of Current Residence:
* Utility Bill or Lease Agreement
4. Proof of Household Income:
* Most Recent Pay Check Stub or Bank Statement Showing Direct Deposit or Letter of Benefits |
