If you have Medicare, and your annual income is below $15,600 for an individual (or $21,000 for a married couple living together), monthly premiums and deductibles may be waived and copayments set to as little as $2.
For those with higher income but limited resources, help may be available with monthly premiums, annual deductibles and prescription co-payments. Please call or go online to learn more. |

If you already have Medicaid with prescription drug coverage and Medicare; Medicare and SSI; or if the State pays your Medicare premiums for you then you do not need to do anything.
