Care consultation is provided through the New Connections program. This is a free service designed for families who are starting down the road in planning for and dealing with all aspects of the illness experience of someone with Alzheimer's disease. Consultation may include: providing information and making appropriate referrals, supportive listening, problem solving and facilitating discussions among several family members who may participate in the caregiving responsibilities. |
